The Elara Home website was designed and engineered by Wibe Creative Services, a studio that builds luxury real estate and hospitality websites where craft and performance carry equal weight.

The brief

Elara Home is a hospitality-managed residential estate in the Dhauladhar foothills of Dharamshala. The site had to do three things at once: carry the calm of the place, stream real film of the residences and the region without stutter, and turn interest into qualified enquiries for the sales team. It also had to feel effortless on a phone in the hills, where connections are not always kind.

How it is built

Nothing here comes from a page builder or a theme. The stack was chosen for speed first, then for the freedom to author every movement by hand.

• Astro renders every page to static HTML at build time, so the first paint is markup and imagery, not a JavaScript bundle. The few server routes that exist handle the enquiry form and the gated brochure and floor-plan downloads.
• Vercel serves the site from its global edge, with preview deployments for every change and the server routes running as functions only when a form is submitted.
• GSAP, ScrollTrigger and Lenis drive the scroll choreography: the seasonal hero, the pinned residence and amenity selectors, the map that assembles itself, and the footer that dissolves into the next page's hero.
• Mux streams the films adaptively, so a visitor on mobile data and one on fibre each get the right rendition. The location film has a dedicated portrait edit for phones.
• Locally optimised imagery in AVIF and WebP, sized per viewport and loaded only as it approaches the screen.
• Cloudflare Turnstile and Airtable keep enquiries spam-free and land them straight in the sales team's workspace, with the brochure unlocked on submission.
• An ElevenLabs voice concierge, tuned to answer only from the project's own facts, in English or Hindi, and to open the enquiry form when a visitor is ready.

Design principles

Less, but better. Whitespace, typography and restraint do the work; motion supports the story rather than performing for its own sake. Semantic HTML and keyboard access are treated as requirements, not polish, and every image, film and animation was made to respect the visitor's bandwidth and attention.
