Your Luxury Villa in the Dhauladhars

Frequently AskedQuestions

• Where is Elara located, and how well is it connected?

Elara sits above Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh, framed by the Dhauladhar range. Gaggal Airport is a 14-minute drive, McLeod Ganj about 28 minutes, and the estate connects to the state highway network within minutes — remote in feeling, not in fact.

• What types of residences are available at Elara?

Four residence types: a 4 BHK triplex villa of 4,798 sq. ft. super area with private pool; 3 BHK and 2 BHK apartments with wrap-around balconies; and 1 BHK apartments — every home facing the range.

• What amenities are available within the community?

A temperature-controlled pool, wellness spa, gym, multi-cuisine restaurant and 24/7 café, private theatre, games room, library and lounge, open-air amphitheatre, and forest jogging trails — all within the estate.

• How is the property managed when residents are away?

A dedicated hospitality partner handles security, housekeeping, and maintenance year-round. Owners can opt into the managed rental programme, with the home prepared to hotel standards before every return.

• How can I schedule a site visit or learn more about the project?

Use Book Now in the navigation or the Request Price form on any residence page, and our team will arrange a guided visit — in person or over video — within 24 hours.

• What is the expected possession timeline for Elara?

Construction is underway, with possession expected within 30–36 months. Construction updates will be shared regularly throughout the development period.

• Who are the developers and promoters behind Elara?

Elara is developed by Good Earth Infra, backed by decades of experience across real estate development, construction, and asset management.
